How to ClaimHow to Claim
1. Select the denomination you would like to purchase.
2. Follow the checkout instructions. Your discount will be applied automatically.
3. Check your email inbox for your e-gift. Be sure to check your junk folder if you cannot find it.
4. Follow the link on the email to access your e-gift.
Can I cancel my eGift once I have purchased it?
No cancellations will be available once the eGift has been purchased. If you are experiencing any errors with your eGift please contact our Help & Support centre.
How long will it last?
The eGift is valid 12 months from date of purchase.
How do I check my balance?
You can check the balance by contacting Lastminute.com - find details in the T&Cs.
HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT CARD:
1) Go to www.lastminute.com and select your chosen product from the top menu - “Hotels”, “Flight + Hotel” (holiday packages) or “Eurostar” (train + hotel packages).
2) Enter your search criteria – departure location, destination and travel dates.
3) Select your preferred option from the search results.
4) On the booking summary page, fill out the required passenger details and insert your gift card code in the section “Do you have a discount code or voucher?” and click “Apply”.
5) Click “Book now” to confirm your booking. Important: gift card can only be applied before confirming the booking and not as a deposit payment method.
