How long is the contract?

There is no minimum monthly commitment to the Membership Agreement with Retail Merchant Services in conjunction with this particular offer. However, you must serve 30 days’ notice in the case of cancellation before exiting the Membership Agreement.

What is Same Day Settlement?

Same Day Settlement is a service that sends the funds taken from card payments to your bank account in just a few hours, compared to waiting the usual 3-5 days from other providers. In order to receive your funds ‘Same Day’, you must perform your End of Day report by 3 pm in order to receive your funds by 7 pm.

The following fees are not included within the £9.99 per month Membership Fee from Retail Merchant Services and are billed separately by the relevant acquiring bank: Transaction processing fees, authorisation fees, PCI compliance and non-compliance fees and £0.30 per batch fee for Same Day Settlement. The Membership Agreement will continue to roll-over until it is ended by the merchant or by Retail Merchant Services. The usual cost of this package is £16.95 per month.
